Delivery Charges
There are no shipping charges. Access credentials or download links are emailed to the registered billing contact and confirmed via our project-management portal (ClickUp / Slack).
Non-Delivery Resolution
If you do not receive access or deliverables within the agreed window, notify [email protected] within 5 calendar days. We will investigate and re-deliver at no extra cost. Failure to report within this period constitutes acceptance of delivery.
