At Instapulse, we value your privacy and your right to control your personal data. In accordance with Facebook/Meta Platform rules and GDPR/CCPA regulations, we provide the following instructions for users who wish to delete their data from our systems.

How to Request Data Deletion

If you have submitted data to us via our contact forms, lead generation ads, or other digital means and wish to have this data permanently deleted from our records, please follow these steps:

  1. Send a Request: Contact our Data Protection Officer via WhatsApp at +917990117348 or email us (if applicable).
  2. Include Details: Please provide your Full Name and the Email Address associated with the data you want deleted so we can locate your records.
  3. Confirmation: We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation message once your data has been permanently removed from our databases.

Types of Data Deleted

Upon request, we will delete:

  • Personal contact information (Name, Email, Phone).
  • Business details submitted during audits.
  • Chat history logs (where applicable and technically feasible).

Note: We may retain certain data if required by law for tax or accounting purposes.
